Who runs this site
Roofers Merthyr is a trading name of Nathan Constance, Merthyr Tydfil. Contact: hello@roofersmerthyr.co.uk.
What the service is
Roofers Merthyr is a free referral service. When you send a request, we pass your details to a local roofer, who may contact you to quote. We don’t inspect roofs, give quotes, or carry out, supervise or guarantee any roofing work.
The roofer pays us a referral fee if they get the job. You don’t pay us anything.
Your contract is with the roofer
If you accept a quote, your contract for the work is between you and the roofer. The price, timing, materials, guarantee and any problems with the work are matters between you and them. Your rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are against the roofer. Always get a written quote and check the roofer’s insurance before work starts.
We don’t promise that a roofer will be available for every job or area, or that the roofer will quote. If we can’t help, we’ll try to tell you.
Prices and guides
The prices on this site are typical ranges to help you plan. They are not quotes. The guides are general information, not professional, legal or insurance advice. Check anything important with the roofer, your insurer or the council.
Using the site
Please only send genuine requests about a property you own, rent or manage, with details that are yours or that you have permission to share. Don’t send anything unlawful or upload photos of other people.
Our responsibility
We take care to pass on requests accurately and to work with reliable roofers, but we are not responsible for the roofer’s work, advice, prices or conduct. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, please email hello@roofersmerthyr.co.uk. We’ll look into it, and we stop passing work to roofers who don’t treat customers fairly.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute.
