Storage we always use
These are needed for the site to work and don’t track you:
| Name | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
| rm-consent | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we don’t ask every time | Until you clear it |
| rm-ref | Shows your request reference on the thank-you page | Until you close the tab |
Analytics cookies (only if you accept)
If you click “Accept analytics”, we load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages help people find a roofer and where the site is hard to use. They set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (Google, up to 2 years) and _clck and _clsk (Microsoft, up to 1 year). Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling, but we don’t use it on what you type into the quote form.
If you reject them, or ignore the banner, none of these load.
